Top Tier NIL
A Buckeyes uneven bars junior, 2024 Regional 8 beam champion, and former Level 10 national team member, coaching two Xcel sessions split by level. Open to gymnasts from any club or organization.
Top Tier NIL is bringing Sadie Jane Berry to American School of Gymnastics in Keene for a two-session Xcel skills clinic. She is spending her holiday break coaching the exact skills that carried her from a Level 10 club standout to a Division I bars lineup.
The day is split by level so every athlete trains with her peers and works progressions that apply to her routines. Whether your gymnast competes for a large team or trains at a smaller gym, she will walk in, get coached, and leave with skills and corrections she can take straight back to practice.
The format is small-group and hands-on. Two hours per group means meaningful repetitions on every event and individual corrections from a current Division I gymnast, not just a spot in line.
Register for the session that matches her Xcel level. Each one is two hours and costs $80.
Session 1
4PM-6PM
Focused on the clean, confident basics that hold a routine together: shapes, strength, and the first real connections.
Session 2
6PM-8PM
The emphasis shifts to routine construction, connection value, bonus work, and the polish that separates a good routine from a scoring one.
Sadie competed in nine meets on bars for Ohio State last season. She coaches every piece of a bar routine, from the first kip to the landing.
01
The strength and timing behind a clean kip, and casts that rise with tight shapes.
02
Staying open and hollow through the circle so the hips clear the bar and finish high.
03
Rhythm and body position through circling elements, linking one into the next without extra swings.
04
Progressions for letting go and catching again, built step by step for each gymnast's level.
05
Finishing the routine: tight in the air, feet together, and a landing that stays put.
Sadie coaches the way she learned: real reps, real corrections, and honest feedback on what a routine still needs.
Junior, Ohio State University Women's Gymnastics · Uneven Bars
Transferred to Ohio State after one season at Georgia. In her first season in Columbus she competed in nine meets on uneven bars, recorded her first career 9.900, and won the bars title at the home finale on March 8.
Competed nine times on bars for the GymDogs, with back-to-back season highs at the Denver Quad Meet and at home against Boise State. Seven of her scores counted toward the team total.
A Communication major from Mooresville, North Carolina, Sadie is a 2026 Ohio State Scholar-Athlete and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar. She spent summer 2026 in Ohio State's Bucks Go Pro program, interning with the athletic department's Director of Operations. She brings the same precision to every session: calm, detail-oriented coaching with high standards and a real investment in every gymnast.
