Her holiday break, spent coaching Xcel

Top Tier NIL is bringing Sadie Jane Berry to American School of Gymnastics in Keene for a two-session Xcel skills clinic. She is spending her holiday break coaching the exact skills that carried her from a Level 10 club standout to a Division I bars lineup.

The day is split by level so every athlete trains with her peers and works progressions that apply to her routines. Whether your gymnast competes for a large team or trains at a smaller gym, she will walk in, get coached, and leave with skills and corrections she can take straight back to practice.

The format is small-group and hands-on. Two hours per group means meaningful repetitions on every event and individual corrections from a current Division I gymnast, not just a spot in line.

Bars from a Division I bars specialist

Sadie competed in nine meets on bars for Ohio State last season. She coaches every piece of a bar routine, from the first kip to the landing.

  1. Sadie Jane Berry in a red leotard swinging below the high bar with her body fully extended

    01

    Kips and casts

The strength and timing behind a clean kip, and casts that rise with tight shapes.

  2. Sadie Jane Berry in a white and scarlet leotard pressing to handstand on the low bar

    02

    Clear hips

Staying open and hollow through the circle so the hips clear the bar and finish high.

  3. Sadie Jane Berry in a scarlet leotard in a handstand on the high bar, chalked grips wrapped around the rail

    03

    Circling skills

Rhythm and body position through circling elements, linking one into the next without extra swings.

  4. Sadie Jane Berry in a striped leotard stretched out above the high bar in a packed arena

    04

    Release moves

Progressions for letting go and catching again, built step by step for each gymnast's level.

  5. Sadie Jane Berry upside down with legs together, reaching for the bar during a routine

    05

    Stuck dismounts

Finishing the routine: tight in the air, feet together, and a landing that stays put.

What every gymnast walks away with
